An excellent series as we see the two of them questioning, and in the end coming to trust one another.

Läire, as I told you when I first read this story, I found it a most perceptive and poignant one. I think you've hit on the nail how Aragorn and Boromir must have felt about each other, and you did manage to convey it to us most movingly. Congratulations.

Oh my! What a heavily ladened chapter....

Needless to say - my heart dropped when I read of Boromir's 'bright destination' - though I must keep telling myself, that, for a warrior, dying saving others is a 'bright destination.' :-(

As for Aragorn - I love his thoughts... and the nod between the two men. Can't wait to see what further you do.

Thanks for all of the great chapters. They are all read and devoured lovingly.

At least enmity doesn't lie between them, and they can know the hope of companionship and even friendship; and they will most times seek to cooperate with one another.

A lovely series this has been; I've enjoyed it thoroughly.
