Having experienced years as an Elf would, I couldn't see Arwen not wanting to spend as much time with her swiftly-aging mortal children as possible. These really are happy moments.

Sometimes the mother's duties are the more compelling--and necessary! And I, too, have seen Arwen taking part in the raising of her children much like this. Perfect! As it should be!

Arwen is right. Those years go so quickly. She shouldn't miss them.

Lovely images of mother and children.

Their childhood years will swiftly flee as minutes, hours and days go by, and all too soon they will be adults

Yes, who in the City knows this better than she? This is lovely, and very realistic.

Not right for one of her rank? Hah! A mother is a mother, no matter what her rank, and this Queen follows the duty of her heart rather than the expectations she has been given. Lovely, meldenya! A touching piece to reflect on as I head to bed. :)
