| I just re-read this beautiful poem about Pippin wanting to see the stars in the night sky. I, too, am a stargazer, so I can understand his heart's desire to see them. Loved it all over again! | |

| I hope you don't mind if I leave another ocmment... I *adore* the story you give of Pippin yearning to see the sky filled with innumerable stars and then actually seeing them! Brilliant job on your first go at poetry! :-) | |

| Antane is right about your poetry. Trust yourself and let's see more! I don't suppose that our Queen would do the same for me here but I do miss the stars. | |

| I love it all but I think my favorite part is the fact that Aragorn saw to it that the entire city dimmed its lights for Pippin so he could see the stars again. I know that everyone enjoyed them but I like the fact that this was done because of something Pippin needed. Beautiful poem! I'm glad you posted it here. | |

| Oh, now this makes my early morning a great beginning. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. In spite of all the help you may have had, you shine through in this poem. | |

| Lovely, Marigold. One thing I love about my current home is that I'm so far away from light polution. Here I can actually see the Little Dipper, which I couldn't see from my childhood home due to too much light from the city, no matter it was ten miles away; and even in my last home there were too many streetlights. I truly feel with Pippin here. | |
