| This was absolutely, wonderfully precious. I loved the way Paladin reacted to the 'toy' and so critical. I'm surprised Tina didn't hit him over the head with it... And the ending is touching... except I hope Pearl doesn't wake them!!! (though I'm pretty sure Tulip has probably heard)... Author Reply: Hee! Me too! | How wonderful! Apparently Paladin did not know how much he had missed his Sammy-Lambie until he saw the new one! And, of course, it had to look just like the original. I also liked Tulip becoming jealous! But I think there's no need, because Sammy-Lambie is Paladin's stuffed animal while Pippin's heart belongs to Tulip ;-) Just one question: What are bows? I didn't find a suitable translation. Author Reply: Thank you! Oh, I meant bows in the hair, like hair ribbons - something a female normally wears, but not a male! | |

| I'm with Pearl here, and would find such a sight precious as well! Dear Paladin, with his replacement Sammy Lambie tucked under his chin. As for all of Paladin's details he misses--the black eyes instead of brown ones, the pink nose instead of a black one, the missing collar--and the terror lest she put ribbons in Sammy's hair! My heavens--no wonder she's dithered! So cute! Author Reply: Heh, we're seeing a whole new side of Paladin here, aren't we now? | |
