| Great-grandfather and great-great grandfather, watching the new generation come as the older one fades, and Faramir's memory lives on in his namesakes. So I have the family realize that Eldarion's daughter comes even as her grandmother removes herself from Gondor to find her own way in my own story. | Beautiful, sad, and sensitively written account of my favorite Steward's passing. He was lucky to have such a good friend in Aragorn; but you also conveyed the impression that Faramir was beloved by many. The birth of the great-grandson of Faramir and Aragorn, close upon Faramir's death, is a nice touch. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.
