| Hmmm, was I reading this fic? I forget... Well that was just a nice satisfying ending. It's good to know that arrows, bad words and pranks won't get in the way of brotherly love...even if the pranks get a little out of hand. Elladan seems to have the art of fussing while not being overbearing about it...a very useful skill in this ill-begotten family. So...when do we get the prequels? Cathy, xx (Finally! | Just like the rest, this was wonderful. You have me looking forward to the prequels now! The line in the last chapter that summed it up for me was: “Elves are not supposed to die,” Elrohir said softly. I think that is why this story was so mesmerizing for me. It is very difficult to think of an immortal feeling the grief and pain of death. I also like the fact that even though he tried to kill them, they felt the loss of their former friend. Now how bout those prequels? Author Reply: LOL, it will be a time before the prequels come, sorry. And thank you, I am glad you liked my story and that you liked how I handled Elladan and Elrohir's feelings about Celedur's death, even though he did try to kill them both lol. I didn't want them to just be like "Yeah, it's over." They were once really close to him. LOL. | |

| Still enjoying this very much. I hope you plan to write more stories in the future. Also, you made me think about how it would feel for Elrond to know that he would out live Aragorn. It was a very sad and touching moment when Elrond was thinking about that event. Author Reply: Wow, thanks for saying so! That scene was more meant to be about how Elrond is NOT supposed to outlive Elrohir, because Elrohir isn't supposed to die.
