Darn - I had a vague plotbunny in my head for a short piece involving Faramir, Eowyn and some simbelmyne; and you beat me to it - and so prettily, too!

This is the natural result of Eowyn's decision to devote herself to healing and gardening rather than the arts of war, and it is very credible here. Eowyn being who she is, she makes good and thorough plans; having the time and station and wealth to order a fine unshadowed princely household and be a Princess in deed as well as name.

Very nice! (especially the bit with sleepy whuffling Faramir mumbling out a lovely idea)

Author Reply: Hee! You know, Branwyn took exception to Faramir's snoring - a dangerous trait for a Ranger; I said he only did it when he was completely relaxed, at home in his own bed. I can really see Eowyn's mind racing all day long - she's used to running things, after all - and using the small bit of down time to plan out projects dearest to her heart. Thanks for reading and commenting! I'm looking forward to your simbelmyne story.

Yes, an appropriate use of that far corner. Lovely thoughts.

Author Reply: Thank you! A garden-y gift for a gardening friend.

These two are such a wonderful team. I love seeing them both planning things, in their own way, for the benefit of their people and the beauty of their own lives.

Author Reply: I like the way his dreaminess would have been tempered by her energy, and how the synergy of the two of them would have strengthened and enhanced the community they built. Thanks for reading and commenting!
