Great they scared off the orcs, nothing like a bunch of noise to appear more then, there are. But they have gone and lost a hobbit again!

This is wonderful so far, budgielover! I love your action sequences, not only in this story but in your other stories as well. I'm a big fan ;)

Please write more soon!

“We cannot win through to Frodo amongst so many. It is foolishness.”
“We have no choice. Do not seek to slay, merely to break through. With enough speed and surprise, we may win past them.”

I was with Boromir - I thought running and attacking somewhere else might be wiser, but I totally agree with Aragorn - after all - there is always hope?

'Saunter into the kitchen for a cup of tea' - so that's how Hobbit's survive such horro!?!

Great chapter - Loved the Elven attack... and Pip & Merry and Bill too... great job - now - where the heck is Frodo???

A very exciting battle. They are all so brave. You have worried for Frodo.

All right - you have me stumped! Where have you put Frodo?

Gosh this was breathless! I love Gimli! And I love the "army" of Elves :-)

AndreaReviewed Chapter: 5 on 10/6/2007
Oh dear!!!

Why doesn't he answer? I like Larner's word creation "Ring-bespelled". Maybe that's the reason!

I loved the Elvish army and the great effect it had on the water goblins!

And I had completely forgotten about the possibility to simply put on the Ring! I don't think Frodo had forgotten, though. He would use the Ring only as the very last option. And I dearly hope that this will not lead him into desaster!

Please update soon!

Of course it could not be over yet, for this is a Budgie Story :)

Ah, dear--Ring-bespelled and possibly unconscious? They must find him before too long, what with orc wounds and all!

Well done, Budgielover.

Aargh.

Of course, it could not be so simple.

Frodo's fainted. But will they think of that? Surely they know he can disappear.

Well done, as always. Love Gimli the Mother Hen, and Boromir the Elf, and Gimli, the Elvish army (all by himself), and Legolas, the Lord of Light (or something to that effect), and Aragorn, the Master of Camouflage. O and Bill, faithful dog pony.

A lovely rescue ... but oh dear, why doesn't Frodo answer?
