How sad! A another sad part of frodo being an orphan! You think when Biblo apoted him he did his farther day love on him?

This reminds me very much of a short fic I wrote last year in honor of Mother's Day, in which Frodo was quite sad and depressed watching his Brandybuck family honor their mothers when he no longer had one :D

Since the hobbits are so into geneaology and family, I think it is quite believable that they would set aside a day(s) in which to honor mothers and fathers.

I too hope that you write more of this. Will anybody realize the pain and grief poor Frodo is suffering and take the time out of their activities to give him the love he so very needs and deserves?

awww poor Frodo! I definitely can hear and feel his pain in here... for all Mother's Day and Father's Day there can be an absence and i wonder if there can be a day to memorialize those who have gone in out of this world...
Very nice ficlet--i hope you write more. :)
