I finally gained a few moments to immmerse myself in your writing...and I love it so far. : ) I found myself starting to weep along with them...to me, this is the mark of a talented writer...someone who can sweep me up into their story so that I forget myself. : )

Thanks for inviting me to read your work...I look forward to reading more.

A time to laugh, a time to weep.

Of course they would be mindful of the trees :-)

Author Reply: Oh, thank you so much for this review! It means the world to me that you would like my story, especially after having been knocked senseless by the You, Yourself, Alone and Nameless story. That one knocked me slap out...

Yes, these indeed would be respectful of trees, for they know the lords intended to guard and guide them.

Lovely images.

Author Reply: I'm so pleased you liked this! In light of recent difficulties reading these reviews has been so uplifting! So thanks...for reading *and* for reviewing!

Very nice, Pipkin. I liked it a lot. I find it interesting that he didn't knowingly set out to carve Boromir from the wood, but just let his hands do the work. Its amazing what your heart will produce when you get yourself out of the way. I can't wait to hear more, and I hope he extends his collection to other important people from Gondor... ok, ok, Faramir! There I said it. LOL :)

Keep up the good work,

Dayna

Author Reply: Oh, but there are many familiar faces... and yes, some will be from the House of Húrin...
