And Ferumbras really should know better than to be so discourteous to the Head of another Family! My suspicions about Degger are getting stronger... Author Reply: Hullo! I thought you'd be at ELF this weekend! For me, it's either Scotland or Elf...well, you know my choice. :-) LOL--yeah...that he is! I have more planned for his skinny little backside in the next chapter. Well, in chapter 6, I should say. Knowing you, lol--if we were playing the "Hot&Cold" game, I'd speculate that you're flame-lickin'-hot right now. ;-) After all, I'm sure that the question I asked you a LONG time ago has been resurfacing. ;-) I still can't give you the credit you so well deserve because although you and I might know where this is heading, others don't, and it may ruin the plot for them. | Whoa! That was certainly intense. Ferumbras sure has his nerve. I'm living for the moment when someone does take him down a peg or two. And I'm starting to suspect who just might end up being the one who does it. Now I'm getting really curious about this life-changing thing Paladin learned. I think I know some of it but not the details. I'm going to e-mail you and speculate, even though I dought you'll let any hints slip. I begged you to update, and I'm really glad you did, but now I want MORE! I don't know if I can wait almost two more weeks to find out what happens next. Oh, and I loved Pippin and the way he waited on Degger to finish the test. That was so sweet and understanding of him. Thanks for updating. GT. Author Reply: Oh, I do think Addie is correct in his assessment. :-) And we shall soon see. As for your pm guess...lol, you can keep beating those ideas with an ugly stick! None of those ugly ideas about Ferumbras is it at all, though I did toy with something that I'll tell you later after the tale is finished. Paladin really isn't so sure yet about anything. He only suspects, but is curious and wants to get to the bottom of the matter. Sorry, can't give away any more. (*evil, wicked laughter*) LOL, I know it isn't nice to keep people dangling on a string for long, so some things will trickle out in the next chapter. ;-) I hope to post it before the weekend.
