Changing the Past  by Misty 5 Review(s)

Wow. This is an incredible concept for a story. It is fascinating to see the way that small acts can change history. Poor Aragorn, he is far more alone than the twins right now. He'll have quite a few issues to work through. I must say, I hope that they eventually do get to go back. It's sad to see Aragorn, with all of the memories of his past life, having to go through experiences that remind him of his losses. Keep up the great work!

Author Reply: Thank you. I'm glad you're enjoying the story. I've taken a great deal of care and thought in planning out each chapter. And yes, Aragorn does have a lot on his plate right now. He's trying to ensure that history happens as it should, but things keep changing on him. And he's more an outsider in this version of his life, though he is carving a place for himself with his loved ones.

have you taken into account the time frame of the hobbit as well? i beleive aragorn or estel was 5 years old when gandalph led bilbo and the dwarves through imladris. keep the updates coming.

Author Reply: Yes, I am taking the Hobbit into account. Estel was 10 when the dwarves and Bilbo came through. I will be re-reading bits of the book to make sure that I keep things consistent. I'll update as soon as I can read the necessary parts and get the chapter written. Thanks.

A new baby, a new hope. Not all changes need to be for the worse. Great stuff Misty.

Author Reply: Yes, not all of the changes that are happening are bad. :) They're all falling for Lothrin the moment they lay eyes on her, I think. Even Aragorn/Eradan had to admit that perhaps this was meant to be from the beginning.

wow, just as i think that this couldn't better ( or, more confusing) it does... beautiful, as usual, though, a little distressed that the next chapter is not twin-centric... i will wait for it, though!

Author Reply: LOL You're not the first to comment about being confused. Don't worry, I will get back to the twins, but I want to continue little Aragorn's childhood in the next chapter. Thanks for the review.

Wow. History has been vastly changed. Arathorn and Gilraen have a daughter? *eyes widen*
Such a wonderful AU--I can't get enough of such fics, Misty!

Author Reply: Yes, history is changing drastically. Aragorn is getting quite concerned about those changes, but fell for Lothrin the moment he saw her. :) I'm glad you're enjoying this so much. Thanks.
