The Latter Days  by Elanor Silmariën 3 Review(s)
AntaneReviewed Chapter: 39 on 4/8/2007
"How long’ve you known, Mr. Frodo?”

“I’ve seen this one in my dreams for a while now,” I reply. “This child will be a wonderful gift.”

Now that's intriguing - how did Rosie know that Frodo knew? And how did Frodo know? Another of his dreams of the future? He also did have intriguing dreams. And what a comfort it will be for him if they continue in the West so he can still be part of the family.

I lean my head on his shoulder, and close my eyes. “Can they call me Uncle Frodo, Sam?” I ask.

Awwww! So sweet. Too bad he never did hear anyone call him that, at least not on this side of life.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Author Reply: Hmm... dreams in the west... More plot bunnies!! YAY! I'm glad you liked that part! Yes, that is sad! But maybe... *thinks about plot involving dreams...*
God bless,
Ellie

Aww! I love it! *giggles at excited Rosie* And of course Frodo would know! :) The bit about Uncle Frodo was sweet too. But it makes me sad because...no. I'm not even going to think about it right now. More soon, pleeeeease! :)
God bless,
Galadriel

I'm glad they agreed to his simple request so quickly. "As many as will fit"? And how true that became!
