Very interesting - realizing that perhaps it's his own unwillingness to face his pain that is keeping him from healing. | Yes, some wounds never truly heal; and those who have such wounds get by as they can. There is strength in both these Hobbits, Frodo and Ellis--strength and the will to become more.
