The Latter Days  by Elanor Silmariën 3 Review(s)
LarnerReviewed Chapter: 18 on 8/22/2006
The small spider has brought back large memories, I see.

Note: Sam was born the year Drogo and Primula died.

Author Reply: Another thing I must change! *hurries away to change* My mind gets twisted in circles when I try to figure out dates, so this was a bit jumbled. *shudders at thought of spiders*
God bless,
Ellie

Queen GaladrielReviewed Chapter: 18 on 5/27/2006
Come home from the war, try to rebuild the life, have to deal with all the questions and odd looks and irrational fears. *sigh* Oh, poor Frodo. The spider thing even shocked me. Just standing there and then suddenly he's shouting, and it's just a little black spider. But it makes sense. You do this very well. I can't wait for more!
God bless,
Galadriel

Author Reply: *blushes* thanks! The spider thing.... I have an irrational fear of spiders, and I haven't ever been attacked by one. That just kind of popped into my head, and I didn't realise it until I'd written it! Poor Frodo indeed *Sighs with you* Thank for reviewing!
God bless,
Ellie

AntaneReviewed Chapter: 18 on 5/27/2006
Yea, another chapter! I love it! Especially about the spider and Sam comforting him and I'm glad he said flat out, you need to be taken care of. That must have taken some guts to admit the loss of the Ring was worse than the loss of his parents, but I'm glad Frodo's got enough confidence to do that, that he knows he's still going to be loved to death no matter what.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Author Reply: Thanks for your enthusiasm! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! This is one of my favorite chapters so far, and I'm glad to see that you pointed out all my favorite parts! Of course Frodo will always be loved, and not only by his friends, but by all of us!
God bless, mellon nin!
