I'm surprised that I am quite captivated by this fic- the fic so far is very vivid very well described and very intriguing .
Poor faramir and Aragorn on having to endure this. I like your h/c a lot and hope for a lot more. I hope that those cruel cruel men in charge of this shall all perish !
And hope that Aragorn will be reunited with Arwen soon and healed even more !
Also aragorns trust to faramir is damaged so have to see how that is restored. I've read this fic straight for two hours that's how captivated I was.
Great job and hope to see better times in store for our dear heroes soon!!

Definitely - fur would be an improvement.

Elbeth has seen far too much in her short life. I hope she is resilient enough that it hasn't done her too much harm.

Wonderful stuff, honey!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I agree about the fur !
I think Elbeth is pretty resilient.
I'm thrilled you are enjoying the story, you made my day.

Poor Faramir, he really could use some adult, medically skilled, company here, but the burdens are his alone, dealing with a badly tortured King and a curious, lively child, not to mention his own guilt. Too bad Faramir can't step away, emotionally, and understand that if it wasn't for him, Aragorn would have been tortured to a cruel and lonely death.

Good chapter, as usual.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. It is a miracle that Faramir is coping at all as ARagorn's injuries would challenge a skilled healer. He has only love and determination to guide him and a few labels on jars.
I always think Faramir sets himself impossible standards and feels guilty when he cannot meet them.

'Out of the mouths of babes and children....' But I think Faramir is doing quite enough punishing of himself.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.Poor Faramir feels he has fallen short of his own high standards, though he needs to concentrate on the task at hand.He is much hampered by the broken bond too.
