| Just found this and enjoyed it very much. I imagine Pippin did cause quite a stir with the other guards without ever meaning to do so. Author Reply: Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. This story more or less wrote itself. At the time when I wrote this, I was attempting to write "Boromir" from the Conversations in Minas Tirith set. Instead, I ended up with this. | |

| An interesting take on Pippin's position among all those Men of the Guard. I like the way he muses on the changes in his cousins, and Sam--how he can't quite put his finger on the changes, but knows they are there, nonetheless. Very well done.
