Your Heart Will Be True  by Write Sisters 2 Review(s)

Love the mention of Gimli. Very funny. Wonderful description of the hustle and bustle of the town of Kopairin..it felt like I was there. I have a funny feeling about the missing Sorni, I hope she is ok. Somehow I don't think those soldiers are from Gondor. They are too dark and sinister, and Gondorion soldiers wouldn't mistreat peoople that way..especially a child. And that shipment that they are waiting for..sounds suspicious. I hope Sorni is not tied into this whole thing.

Another excellent chapter!

He! Not much gets past the elf and ranger duo... LOL, I loved them discussing whether or not they should wait for their follower to catch up. *g*

"Of that I have no doubt. Beginning 'laddie' and ending either 'bless you' or 'I'm going to kill you now'." Oh, I laughed so hard over that! Love it!

YAY! Nethtalt's back! I'm so glad to have another appearence from him :-) Aww, and that's so sweet, that he named one of his sons "Thorongil".

Oo. *winces* Ah, yeah Mr Guard peoples, he really is *quite* familiar with what the king of GOndor thinks about things like this. And believe me, he ain't happy. Sooo, yeah, running along's probably a pretty goood decision. *g*

""Likewise, madam," Aragorn replied with a slight bow." LOL, oh dear, now I've got this picture of Frank Hopkins... *smacks Mind* This - is - ARAGORN - NOT - a - cowboy! Heh...

Mmm, lots of interesting new people and intriguing possibilities in this chapter... Hehe, and I have no doubt that where Aragorn and Legolas make an appearence, trouble is indeed "brewing"!

And an explosion. Always a good way to end a chapter... *g*

Very, very sorry I don't have time to leave a proper review tonight! And very much looking forward to more!

Author Reply: Ah, another marvelous review! *grin*

*laughs* Yes, for all his caution, Tantur just isn't the most silent of trackers; though, as you pointed out, there just isn't much that gets past Aragorn and Legolas.

Glad you liked that line! We noticed a pattern emerging in the movies to that effect... :-P

You will notice a sort of curtain-call of our previous characters going on here, and (while it makes sense, since this is our last story, after all) you may find it funny that we didn't actually intend for that to happen. Still, every time we turned around, there was a prime opportunity to include yet another of our old OCs and we happily took advantage of it. It allowed us to close off a lot of their stories, and, well, there's just something comforting about writing familiar faces... *grin*

And of course, who better for Nethtalt to name his youngest son after than the famous captain of Gondor? *grin* We couldn't resist.

The confrontation between the guard and Aragorn was a bit of brilliance on Hannah's part, and while we had planned out the scene together, she took it to a whole new level of irony! *Sarah grins*

*rolls on the floor in stitches* Aragorn Hopkins! That's just too funny; I suppose we needn't tell you that it was unintentional... *wicked grin* ...if it had been intentional, we would have had him tip his hat as well!

"And an explosion. Always a good way to end a chapter..." Oh, you think so too, do you? Well, that's marvelous good news indeed! *grin*

Sorry this is so late, but thank you again for reviewing! Any word, no matter how brief, is highly welcome!
