The Green Knight and the Heir of Meduseld  by Le Rouret 2 Review(s)

Another great chapter. I really chuckled when Legolas started singing. "But I am not finished. I have forty-six verses yet. Very elvish. I like how no one else spoke but you knew what they were saying anyway. You really write brillantly. I am glad to see our favorite elf is fairing well. They really mistreated him didn't they? I have a feeling he may get his revenge. They've messed with the wrong elf for sure. He may sing all forty-six verses of a lay, but he can be pretty lethal when necessary. I can't wait for the next chapter.

Kids off already! And it's only June!

There are advantages to being a Dwimmerlaik, then! Nothing like using the power of superstition to help you. Although after a week at the bottom of that pit, it might not have seemed such a good thing.

The Dunlending seems a touch brighter than the other two dimwits. And to be participating for slightly worthier reasons - he feels betrayed and wants to do the best for his people. Hopefully he will follow Legolas's advice.

And feed the elf some more broth and get him back to Edoras, before they all get overtaken by war! I suspect the truants will be forgiven - considering they've brought back not just Legolas's body, but that it also contains his spirit.
