Henneth Annûn  by Danina 3 Review(s)

Very good story - I think you have composed a very accurate characterization of both Eowyn and Faramir. I loved the line "the gardens are but painted pictures to children who have know wilderness."
Wonderfully written!

Delightful and beautifully written. I could see it all before me and hear the exchange. Love the swordplay and dialogue, and the little exchange between Faramir and his daughter was delicious also. The description of the setting is gorgeous.

If I've any criticism at all, it's the image of somebody's eyes being "glued solidly" which sounds a little bizarre to me. Maybe something like "fixed firmly" would sound a little better? I know writers do a lot of weird things with characters' eyes when they are starting out--probably done it myself too! lol

Great job, wonderful!

cheers

This was a lovely and romantic story. You suggest so much about their lives in a very compact space.
