A gentle rebirth among a people not long divorced from nature and the Father. The blessing is one we may all appreciate.
Author Reply: That was inspired by my Cherokee ancestors. I'm mostly Scottish and Irish with a dash of Dutch and French, but I do have Cherokee blood as well and love their stories. The Blessing is a slightly altered prayer I try to pray every day. Glad you liked it! |
