Dragonfire  by White Wolf 8 Review(s)
sofiaReviewed Chapter: 14 on 1/29/2006
good chapter. I think that dragon should break out and he aragorn and legolas will fly away... but then that wouldn't be much of a story if that happened right now.
I wonder how long Legolas will last, I don't think that it can go on forever.

Author Reply: Thank you. You are right. I think if they all flew away now, the readers would feel a little jipped. No, Legolas can't constantly give up a part of his life force without it eventually coming to an end, so... Sorry, you'll have to wait. :o)

this kind of reminds me of the ruby that regis had in the forgotten realms stories. it seems to be very similar to your sappire.
can't wait for the next update!

Author Reply: I hope that is a good thing, although I also hope my story turns out to be different. I've seen the Forgotten Realm books, and always intended to read some, but I never got around to doing it. More soon.

'lo White Wolf.

Hot stuff and powerful you got here. I really did enjoy it. Pity that Legolas was entranced quicker and more powerful than Aragorn. I thought that as hard as Allura tried to entrance him, he would never fall for the necklace's beauty. Glad not to be Legolas.

Until later mellon nin,

Arya

Author Reply: Thank you. I knew I wanted Legolas to react differently than Aragorn. Being an elf made that easy. It was just a question of which way it would go, better or worse. Time will tell which it turns out to be.

So, she DOES have Treco, does she? And she has a mesmerized Elf. What on earth is this thing doing with all these? Gaack! This is most frustrating! And I doubt she'll get quite what she thinks to get out of Legolas.

Author Reply: Yes indeed, and he isn't happy about it, either. Yep, she's got one of those, too. You know, of course, that you will have to stay tuned to find that out what's going on. You may be right about Legolas, and that would probably make Allaura very frustrated.

luved it, i'm sorry for not being able to review on any of ur other chapters, you see, its stupid school...

well, i liked it how yu made legolas all enchanted by that sapphire, especially when i thought he would fare better than aragorn.

plz update soon!!!

luv,
Lady Saruman ^_~

Author Reply: I'm happy to hear from you. Better late than never.

I wanted something different for Legolas rather than the same reaction that Aragorn had to the necklace. The fact he's an elf made that easy. Even Allaura was surpirsed.

More soon.

Oh poor Legolas and poor dragon! It really is going to take a concerted effort to beat this witch! Perhaps something to do with her being weakened by an excess of dragon fire?

Author Reply: Both of them need certainly need some sympathy. So does Aragorn. That it will. I wish that was the case, but unfortunately, no. She's at full power.

I wandered onto storiesofarda almost by accident and I saw and update, you have made my day.

Yey, Treco! A chained dragon is better than no dragon, will Legolas have to be brought to Treco for this grand scheme I wonder? Poor Treco, I feel sorry for him, I wonder how long he was waiting for Aragorn and Legolas?! He doesn't seem very patient so I doubt he waited too long!

About this jewel, does it simply mesmorise the victim while Allura works and then makes them forget; or does it do more?

Author Reply: Thank you. If an update of mine can make someone's day, then I'm happy.

I thought it was about time to bring Treco back into the picture, though at the moment, he is no better off than our heroes. No. He waited a while, but you are right; he is not a patient creature.

It does more.
