My Collection of Drabbles   by Periantari 2 Review(s)
LindeleaReviewed Chapter: 116 on 1/24/2024
This is lovely! So many elements of hope woven into the scene despite winter's chill: spring, new life emerging, flowers blooming, "soon wed", sunrise, rebirth... and evil defeated. I greatly enjoyed getting a glimpse of Faramir in this mood.

Author Reply: Thank you so much! I am glad that this resonated with you. I always feel like Spring is the season for hope and rebirth. :) And i love writing Faramir and that it worked!

My favorite season as well. Yes, the promise given as the snow and ice give way to flowers and new growth, and for his spirit as well after the unimaginable losses and graces shown to him and the world of Middle Earth.

Author Reply: Thank you! i am glad i could fit in so much in 100 words and glad for the prompt to help me think of this. You wrote it well in saying that he was faced with "unimaginable losses and graces".
