Short, Occasionally Sweet - Gwynnyd's Drabbles  by Gwynnyd 3 Review(s)

Oh, I found this quite disturbing. Not sure why - maybe I'm upset on Arwen's behalf, having to endure such unpleasantness, or maybe I feel sorry for Aragorn to have such a nasty forefather (sheesh, as if Isildur didn't leave enough baggage for his descendants, you've gone and saddled him with another one!). Very well written. Chilling, but well written.

Author Reply: So many generations of chieftains, I thought one could be less than completely noble and wonderful. And we can hope that he found a good Dúnedain wife who licked some sense into him and he repented of his earlier behavior in the end. Glad you found it 'chilling'. Thank you!

Okay I had to reread it twice! Altogether thrice, arraghh slow!

But I do like, and icky on the old Ara, just as well he met wolves lol

Author Reply: I always wondered why our Aragorn was named for someone killed by wolves. It seemed so unlikely. Sorry it confused you at first, but I'm glad I did give enough clues so you could figure it out in the end.

These *are* short, more than occasionally sweet, and every one of them brilliant! I loved them every one! Thanks for sharing them!

Author Reply: These are definitely words to make an author's heart go pit-a-pat. Thank you so much and I'm glad you enjoyed them.
