| Aaawwwwww, that was so sweet. Suddenly, she held him tighter. “Don’t cry! Why are you crying?” I loved this line, 'Glorfy' is my fave character and its nice to see him with a little angst for a change, instead of the tough warrior. Author Reply: Thank you! I really enjoyed writing this. Glorfindel is my favorite as well, and I thought he needed a bit of angst, considering everyone always makes him either tough or cheerful. I've written plenty of cheerful Glorfindel, but I've written a few angsty ones as well. Thanks for you review! | |

| OOOOooooooohhhhh!! now I'm gonna cry! That was precious Avalon. Even if I don't know who or what Gondolin is/was... but I loved the story anyway. Lovely story. :) Author Reply: Oh, thank you! Two reviews from you! That's really sweet! Gondolin was an ancient city of the Elves that was destroyed by a Dark Lord (not Sauron), and Glorfindel died in the destruction. He was sent back to protect Lord Elrond. If you'd like to understand better, you can read "The Book of Lost Tales II", and "The Silmarillion". Or, to make life easier, you can just do some searching on councilofelrond.com, because it's kind of complicated. Thank you again, I'm really glad you liked it! (hugs) | |
