This is great. I was hoping as I read the previous story that there would be one where Legolas found out, and here it is! I love Legolas' reaction and the image of them all laughing at the tale.

Hooray, there IS a sequel! And it's wonderful. Just what I wanted it to be. I am so pleased.

Thank you! I love Legolas' understanding of Pippin's embarrassment and his ten-year-old self's dilemma, too.

Wonderful stuff!

"Pippin felt terrified that he had made a mortal enemy."

Worse -- an immortal one... ;-)

Ta, Lois.

I'm reviewing both this one and it's prequel together, if you don't mind. Absolutely wonderful stories, both of them. Pippin is by far my favorite of the hobbits, and Legolas is my overall favorite of the Fellowship. Thank you for these utterly charming and funny stories.

Although, you do have to wonder what Merry's mum would think if she ever did meet Legolas.

That was a wonderful little continuation! I guess Pippin shouldn't impersonate those that he doesn't know. lol! That a kick and a half! thank you!
