I must not be up to speed on my Tolkien. I couldn't figure out who Frodo's visitor was . . . I am guessing Celebrian? Am I right?

Those are beautiful; such a wealth of imagery and emotion packed into such a small space! I was particularly moved by Frodo's meeting with Nienna -- I would love to read an expanded version of that scene.
