This was lovely--all the Fellowship, plus Faramir, reading and enjoying one another's company in friendship. Just exactly the kind of thing I love! I'm so glad to find it finished!

Oh my! Somehow it had escaped me that this sweet fic had been finished, until I saw it on Marigold's Recs.

So Aragorn has been demoted to delivering Pippin's post, eh? He certainly seemed to enjoy the task. I *love* Pippin's note, as well. Dolt, huh? So glad he could jolt a laugh out of Faramir.

Hi Nijijin,

Havn't got around to reading your story yet. I am printing out your story to read on the way home. Will review later.

Just to let you know if no-one has caught you up on it - Ellis Peters is the pen name of Edith Mary Pargeter - power to the girls.

I love the way you describe everyone reading and enjoyig each other's company in this chapter. The conversation between Gandlaf and Faramir was wonderful. I also enjoyed the idea of Frodo carving something rather interesting into that table. A great chapter! I have enjoyed this very much!

Good for Faramir to finally get out! Ooh! I wish I could see everyone so happy and comfortable in one anothers presence! I love the way Faramir helped Legolas and Gimli choose a book and the little conversation between Faramir and Gandalf, very special! Pippin being so excited was great! Thank you for such a quick chapter! Looking forward to more, thank you!

What an enchanting chapter! I could see every detail of that room. Oh, and what a marvelous "Quest" for Frodo! I can well imagine children of future kings and stewards gazing in awe at the Ringbearer's carving.

“The pages are blank, Mithrandir.”

“Nay, my son, they are full of the great deeds and rich history that the 27th Steward of Gondor will bring about at the side of his beloved friend and brother, the King.”

Wonderful.

I'm glad that there are those who are looking out for Faramir so well! Aragorn and Faramir considering each other family is perfect, it only makes since but I'm glad the feelings are felt by both! It seems Pippin it tryig to lure Faramir away from his work as well, good! Looking forward to more!

I think Aragorn and Pippin, together, are two of the best things ever to happen to Faramir. And oh, I love this line: "You are priceless, and I mean for you to understand and believe it.” If only everyone who needed it, could hear something like this.

Leave it to Pippin to send a note like that one and have it delivered by the King. I love this story and Aragorn is wonderful in it. I like the way that he reassured Faramir while trying to get him to rest a bit more and spend time with his friends. Can't wait for more.
