| Ohhh, man! This is touching and adorable and ooohhhh! I *love* Gandalf/little hobbit interaction, and this is wonderful. All the foreshadowing, yet so subtle. Gandalf realizing what a very Tookish little Took he has there, and the bit about the Eagles and how Pippin knows everything will be all right when they come, and remembering his cry of "The Eagles are coming" at the Morannon.
