Werecat, I call thee brilliant.

Author Reply: Hehe, thanks. That was very sweet.

I reviewed and approved this at HASA, and still think it's very good. I'm glad to see it here as well. It's different, and a good twist to see things from other races' POV.

Jay

Author Reply: Thanks, for both reviews. I have always found that some races rarely get to have their say, and I'm glad to see that people think that it worked well in my story.

Very Poetic. Good Job.

Author Reply: Thanks!

I liked this. I liked the poetic way you used the same repeated language structures, and the use of bit players to show that death doesn't mean the same thing to everyone any more than the battle did.

Author Reply: Thanks! I was unsure if it would work well with the orcs, but fortunatelly it played out well.

And yes, I was going for this parallel of death and battle. Thanks for pointing it out.

Oooo... that's GOOD. Thanks, dearie! Tasty morning fare. Battle goes well with coffee.

;)

Author Reply: Thanks. Orcsies go well with coffee, methinks. I miss coffee badly...

Ha! I accepted this over at HASA and wondered who had written it! It's terrific! I love all the different viewpoints!
