| A nigh archetypical moment, or lesson, we all watched in the movies, or knew from the books. Atmospheric and proper short story on Aragorn learning the hard way, how morgul poison makes a decisive difference in the life of those heroic ones, whop dare to brave the borders of Angmar or Mordor. The author uses 'elven' terminology, which is a classic school (which I never belonged to myself). The format is well, the prose believable. It could be polished a notch more & I had the suspicion that running it through one more proofread software (like grammarly, textly = linguix now, or prooreadbot) MAY make some sentences more fluid to read. Otherwise there is no criticism from me, it was a fine, short reading. | |

| Amazing story! I couldnt tear my eyes off of it until I had read it all! I was intrigued by the stonering and what dwelt there and the gruesome death of all the comrades.it was so creepy. I felt deep pity for the rangers and especially when Estel had to end Gleardons life. It was horrible what happened to him and they were so far from help ! Could you write something more of Estel and Anorhilad. Take care! | |

| Hi I really enjoyed your fic. It seemed to me that Aragorn reacted in the way in which the great JRRT would have expected him to. Anorhílad seemed a bit dense, but then he is younger than the other two. Did Aragorn pick up his sword after the mercy killing or did he leave it there? I expect that I know the answer, but you do make a point of saying that he dropped it and then he seems to get on his horse immediately and ride off - and who can blame him! I also think that Aragorn would probably have told Elrond what he had to do, as if he didn't, wouldn't Elrond think that there was another wraith? Maybe I have that wrong, though.
