| I have had outlined in my head for some time what my version of events will look like with this, and regardless of how any writer envisions it, it is still awful and horrifying and she never recovers. And her poor sons never forget - many orcs do pay for what a few did to her. Nicely done. Author Reply: I can't wait to read how you handle Celebrian's capture, recovery, and departure, Nilmandra. Like you said, everyone sees it differently. But no matter how we see the specifics, Celebrian's story is one of the saddest in all of Tolkien's works, in my opinion. Thanks for the review. :) | |

| Alas, I am beginning to fear that ranks of the Legolas Fan-girls have lost yet another soul to the Twins. Oh well. The pair seem to inspire lovely drabbles from you. This very good, if a bit chilling. :-) Author Reply: Me lose my inner Legolas Fan-girl?! Never! Bite your tongue, Karri. As much as I love to read about Legolas, I find him intimidating to write about. The twins are easier for me to come up with drabble & story ideas. I liked that you found this drabble chilling. | Excellent. The twins' wrath is very well portrayed, and it is hardly surprising they turned to vengeance. Jay Author Reply: Thank you, Jay, I'm glad you liked the protrayal. I thought the twins were a natural topic for the wrath subject. I was a little afraid you would have a wrath drabble with the twins out before I could get mine out. | Well-done. Celebrian and the Twins are some of my favorite subjects. I like how you present their thoughts of revenge as deliberate, it adds depth to their pain. Author Reply: Thank you, Sulriel. To me, the twins' revenge had to have been deliberate since they persued orcs for so long after Celebrian left. LKK | |

| This is a topic I've been thinking about lately. How hard it must have been for them all to watch know what was happening, to find her too late, and then to watch her suffer for a year. In a way, they've been saving up all their anger for later and now it spills over. Nicely done, as usual, LKK. Author Reply: The year that the family watched Celebrian not recover must have been very difficult for everyone. Once it was clear that she could not recover, I can see the twins giving in to their pent up rage. Thanks for the review, daw. :) | |
