I guess these aren't the same... I don't remember reading this one before. Faithful companion Through Mordor’s trials and fires Hope ever ablaze "Hope ever ablaze", what an apt description. And the last line, of his reunion with Frodo, was fitting. Author Reply: grins Nope this is an entire new collection of haikus, separate from the Grey Shores and Other LOTR haikus... Oh yes Hope ever ablaze was such an apt and I wonder nearly perfect desciption of Sam... And always I must write of Frodo and Sam's reunion in the West because I thoroughly believe they saw one another again... Thanks again!
