| Wow, great story so far! You've really managed to draw me into this story. Your writing is very consistent and in tune with the language for the time. Not once did I find anything in this story that is not plausible nor awkward for the Elves of Mirkwood. I am truly impressed! I can't wait to find out what happens next and I sure hope Legolas' gets to the warriors in one piece! :) Author Reply: Thank you for your kind words. I did make an effort while writing this story to keep modern day language out of the story and it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. Maybe it's because I've always been drawn to historical novels and literature - managed to pick up quite a bit from some very good writers. Ch. 4 will be posted soon. I've got quite an adventure in store for Legolas. | |
