Amazing. Your depiction of Frodo and Sam is both haunting and beautiful.

Iorhael - there were some lovely moments between Frodo and Sam throughout this series of passages. And some darker ones. But I loved them all. I haven't been reading much lately due to a project that is taking up all of my own writing time and will do so until the end of the month or so.

But it's nice to see little pieces of lovely writing like this to keep me occupied in snippets when I can.

I love Sam's courage in the face of danger for his master's sake and the unending friendship between them both at all times, no matter how hard the circumstances or difficult the terrain.

You write them together so well and enjoyably.

Keep up the great work.

Author Reply: I know you are busy with your own writing. I see you've been busy with your Bonanza series. It's going fine, I believe!

I always treasure your comments for they are insightful and I enjoy reading them. Please don't hesitate to criticize me because I know I still need that.

Good luck with your project. Do tell me if you have some great news. :)
