| That was absolutely wonderful! I loved it! The way Boromir met and guided Pippin back to his body! The bit where the whole Fellowshipw as gathered in the tent gave such a wonderful picture and idea. I liked how Boromir told Pippin at the very end not to worry because he would always be with him. | This is so wonderful! I have always loved the relationship between Boromir and the hobbits. Your description of Pippin gathering the nerve to come back to the world was very haunting. He knew that pain awaited him and he was sorry to have to return to it. Very well expressed! | |

| This is WONDERFUL!! I truly loved this. "A sigh of defeat and resignation escaped the frail body pressed into Boromir's tunic. With one last desperate grip he imprinted this Man to his heart and soul before pulling away." Sigh. I'd love to read another chapter with Pippin describing this to Faramir in order to ease the loss Faramir feels for his brother! Author Reply: Thank you very much. I've actually been thinking about other chapters. One from Faramir's point of view...where he senses them there in the courtyard. Maybe one where the day finally does come to start that next adventure. The line you quoted is one of my favorites. How many times has any one of us hugged someone we love so hard hoping to keep a piece of who they are with us? I think we all can give a knowing nod. | |
