It was fun to catch up on this tale today! I wonder if Elrond or Glorfindel, or any of the elves who helped to build Imladris will remember this opening - they built it during the siege perhaps, and forgot about it?

Nonethe less, how wonderful that Estel found it. This is a nice look at the ranger we all come to know and love - expert trackers and planner and all that.

I am looking forward to seeing the twins caught. They should beware of Thranduil, I think!
