| Ah, a Brother Cadfael fan! Ellis Peters was the penname of Edith Pargeter. She wrote mysteries (about half concerning Brother Cadfael) as Ellis Peters, but published historical fiction as Edith Pargeter. I've read most of the mysteries at one time or another, but never any of the historical fiction. If you can't find some of her rarer titles easily, you can always ask your public library to Interlibrary Loan them for you. Author Reply: Hi eiluj, I'm actually a big mystery fan, with Brother Cadfael being one of my favorites. I knew that Ellis Peters was the penname of Edith Pargeter but wasn't really sure how to reference that here. And of course, it's a Brother Cadfael mystery that has for many months been sitting on my nightstand half read.
