Most enjoyable, as always! Your spare style and sense of humor are quite satisfying. Author Reply: Thank you for taking the time to read and review. Just wanted to mention that in March I revised the 4 chapters to add details regarding horses, dreams, and fighting. I wished to add more realism and more story - sometimes my style is too spare! However the major story elements remain the same. Thanks again - Chathol-linn

Hello Chathol-linn ~ I meant to read "Lady Love An Outlaw" a long time ago, but managed to forget! This is a really nice little tale that somehow makes me think of old-time faery tales, where the princess meets the prince but does not recognize him. It just has that charm and feel to it, sort of dreamy and soft-focused. Your dialogue helps enhance that feeling, too, plus your narrative sometimes falls into a pleasant story-teller's "voice". And I LOVED this from Eomer: "“Ah, but I am more handsome and my wits are keener." ROTFLMAO!! Very much like the old faery tales and somehow very Eomer. Wow what an amazing chapter, very sensual, I enjoyed it very much, especially knowing they wed later, after the war.Brilliant.

Yeah! I wondered when we would see this! So Eomer and Lothiriel were truly love at first sight, and this type of meeting of a wild colt and mare just seems so right. A Lord and Lady perhaps, but their love is as wild as the plains of Rohan! I think Lothiriel made a fine Queen to the people of Rohan :D

This was funny and sensuous and poetic. These two are wonderful characters. I think my favorite moment was when each of the three turned his or her startled head.
