Author Reply: Yes, that is a good question how long a letter takes from the Shire to Gondor. There must be passing company to actually bring the letter. I wonder if any fic deals with length of time from one part of Middle-earth to the other. | |

| The movies did a great job with all the myriad love stories in this marvelous tale - and the one between Boromir and his little ones show the depth of such love that he would sacrifice himself to save them. Thanks for this little story that shows they loved him back. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Thank you! I do think that the Boromir and hobbit bond was very strong.
