| Something dark was coming. A quick vision of a mighty dragon tortured and in chains flitted through his mind as the gate opened and closed. I really wonder what Yew is up to! He's a dragon. And dragons love gold rings! However, the vision he had should make him suspicious. AND there is the deal with Gandalf... Author Reply: The gold did catch his attention, but he is also very sensitive to the presence of the evil that created his kind, and after all, Sauron is merely a slave of Morgoth who created the dragons. So I don't think this golden ring will tempt him. Basically, I think Yew is looking out for himself. Thank you so much, Andrea, for keeping up with this story and for commenting! :-) | |
