| Oh, this is very good indeed. I love the excitement here and already we have a bit of a cliff-hanger. I've missed your stories so much and reading this first part reminds me of why. I loved the teasing between Pippin and Degger at the door and I like all of the little touches you put into the story. On to the next part! Author Reply: There aren't as many little touches as I'd have liked, but as I mentioned before, my Muse was a little stiff and out of shape. More next time. :-) I do like for my hobbits to banter, but I'm no comparison to you -- you're good at it! I always laugh my arse off when I read of your hobbits bantering.
