| I do not know who this unnamed character is; I'm not familiar enough with the Silm, but I certainly do get the power of her feelings here. How different to live in a world where the Powers are *known* to be real, where there are those who have met them, and for whom history is personal experience. I can understand her bitterness. Author Reply: Oh, it's an OC. But you know that someone had to be upset with the Valar (and the One) over the decision to kill Numenor. | |
