Nicely done! I always thought they were an odd pair. The Haladin are perhaps the simplest (ie, crudest) of the Edain, and Caranthir son of Feanor must be one of the proudest of the elves. They are like opposite poles. And yet when they meet...you can tell he respects her, and she is not intimidated. Perhaps belatedly, but he does not let appearances deceive him.
