| Hullo! I finally made it! I remember reading this lovely gem on LJ--and it *still* gets me rolling! I can't pinpoint exactly which part I like the most--from conniving Merry wheedling a confession out of Frodo, to Pippin getting all hilariously pissy...to Merry finally admitting to being surprised. I really enjoyed a second "helping" of this wonderful tale. :-) Pippinfan Author Reply: Thanks so much! I like doing all dialogue because I run out of discriptive things to say. | Oh this is priceless GW and I love the ending. A sugar high Pippin explains everything. And no, it isn't difficult to tell who is talking - it is great. Author Reply: Thank you! Good to know that you were able to tell who was saying what. I like writing in all dialogue but I do sometimes wonder if anyone has a clue who is speaking when I'm finished. | The incredible leaning cake! Again, GW, absolutely hilarious! Only Pippin could get into that kind of dudgeon and then turn it into a warning lecture about the state of the cake! And the idea of the icing tube getting away from him is enough to keep me giggling for a week, you know. Author Reply: Splendid! I now know someone who will be giggling all week. If I get depressed I will just think of you and that will snap me right out of it. Glad you enjoyed this one. I just don't see Pippin as a cake baker for some reason. LOL But the important thing here is that Sam made chicken so that's all that really counts. Thanks so much for reading! | |
