Locke And Key  by NaughtyNettie 3 Review(s)

This is lovely!

Ardas and Legolas taking a walk, and him first hearing the trees, that must have been a delight for him... And green leaf, trigered something...

Poor Adaras, I liked him, he was comforted always with Legolas there, a son of his heart...

Those men should pay for what they did to him...

Great storie...

No - Adras hasn't died, surely! He's far too nice. (Although I will concede that is not necessarily a good reason for him to live.)

At least the ale fumes dissipated enough for dumb Dorlas to attempt to defend his father, but he wasn't very successful. And poor Legolas isn't really in much of a condition to protect himself. You've got me worried! Legolas can't have survived until now only to find himself in the hands of the nasty people!

Where are the rescuers?

Author Reply: I am sorry. It really was a difficult choice to make and an even more difficult event to write. I hated to see Adras go as well. The rescuers are coming. I promise :o)

Good heavens. Is he really dead?

Dramatic moment when Legolas repeats "green leaf." And I like the way Dorias tries to protect his father. Somewhere inside is still the son Adras raised.

Author Reply: I'm sorry, I really didn't want to do it, it was very difficult.
