Author Reply: Yes, Khamûl was called 'Sauron's Lieutenant' (according to the Encyclopoedia of Arda, at any rate). I'm very glad you liked it! Drabbles aren't common ground for me, so this was a bit of a worry until I sat down and wrote the thing. The amusing this is, I think all the 'official' bits above are actually more words in total. ¬_¬ |
