Yippee!!! Someone else is writing a musical Pippin! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't think why I have somehow missed this up to now, but I'm so glad I found it!

“It translates into ‘Wind of the West’ since elvish music seems to fly on the wind. When it is played, it transcends the self. One becomes part of nature as if the wind itself. You will feel this connection as well. Of course not as strong as the elves do, but stronger than most for in you dwells the faerie blood of our ancestors though you keep it well hidden.”

Love it! Elrond is so perceptive, isn't he? Will we get to hear Pippin playing the flute?

Elrond is very preceptive and he likes showing it,lol.
And yes, you'll get to hear Pippin playing the flute. I'm mapping out the next chapter out. It'll take me a bit longer as I haven't yet decided if a little detour will be taken in the story.
Thanks for reading :)

A lovely meeting with Elrond. I liked Pippin's moment of homesickness outside of Elrond's door. It seemed to connect everything to the eventual end of their journey and the fact that they will be going home soon. Beautiful chapter!
