| All the Subject sentences make it feel sad and like he is inwardly grieving etc…and is good for the drabble. But I don’t think that is what happened. In the Appendix he died in the Hallows after saying goodbye to his family there. I think he stayed there. (But where were Merry and Pippin put?) Anyway, also interesting coming after the previous drabble. | |

| A thought-provoking short, although with the hearse and the black horses it might be more suitable for Osgiliath than Minas Tirith. But nothing will bring Aragorn back, and I suspect he's just as pleased. Author Reply: Thanks, glad you found this thought-provoking. | |
