| II'm sorry that I haven't left a message of appreciation - I've been reading Immortal as it comes and should have said "Thank You". The effect of Celebrian's torment on the members of her family, an explanation of the lack of maternal mention for Legolas in LOTR, and the reminder that of all the beings who have lived in Middle-Earth, the one who has borne/will bear the most grief is Elrond. It is all here in your story. Of course, that Legolas features largely (and is one of my favourite canon/fanon characters) doesn't hurt! Thank you. | |
